Kamala Harris, "the tough prosecutor," pretends there is nothing she can do to stop the deal the Biden-Harris regime cut with the terrorist monster responsible for murdering 3,000 Americans on 9/11.  She and the other regime propagandists are liars.  If they wanted to stop it there's nothing preventing them from stopping it.
