You can cancel your order up to the last step, and if you decide to do so you can even notify the bot of the transfer.
The most important thing is to copy the order number to be entered in the reason for the transfer without any mistakes, this is what automatically activates the whole process.
On Telegram, however, there is a customer service in case something goes wrong.
