Strike. I get notifications from Strike, but not in Amethyst

I think it's cause you are using strike, I don't think they support zaps.

Makes sense, the wallet has to support zaps and integrate with Nostr. I'll try Alby
Yeah, confused me when I first started too.
I think what's happening is that because Strike doesn't support zaps, the other person's client is defaulting to lightning and my Amethyst is not sending me a notification
I don't think it matters if Strike is integrated with Nostr, just that it doesn't support whatever protocol is zaps
Yeah, you can still receive sats, you just won't know where they come from or be notified in amethyst

Yeah, sometimes your will still get the sats, but the wallet has to officially support zaps to show up.
Sometimes it's not a zap, but a regular lightning payment. Many clients fallback to that when the zap fails.
See if your notifications is not filtered to All Follows up top. Choose Global to see the zaps.
How do I do that? In Amethyst settings?
Go to the notification tab and click in the mide of the top bar to select the list of people you want to get notifications from.
We just have a bug right now where zaps don't show on follows.
