I totally understand. and I believe you can do it.
I had a medical issue recently, which led to a period of minimal physical activity for 8 months , and not only does it take a toll physically, but on your spirit too.
Double that with a recent 💔 and I am devastated as fuck.
so I’ll try to push myself to get through it and rebuild the 🫀 in every way that counts.
