Make sure the fun list is really fun to you.

The break each goal down to tiny 15 to 20 minute tasks, and cycle between them.

accomplish, fun, learn, then rest.

Then do it again.

After a week, see where you are.

Youll be blown away.

Only trying to accomplish, is the same as all Spring and Summer. You need all 4 seasons. And times of just doing nothing. Learn your rhythms, be honest with your self, challenge laziness, and try to improve, while also scheduling fun and rest times. 😁
