Traditional finance is very egalitarian. The best risk/reward investments are reserved for a few so called accredited investors and exclude the majority.

#Bitcoin, on the other hand, is open to all, regardless where you from or who you are.

Once a company hits public markets at this point it has been through so many rounds of VC investment that they capture all the low hanging fruit. The IPO is just the final rugpull for private investors.
