One of the phrases that annoys me the most when people talk about #Bitcoin is "it's still early." What do they mean by "still early"? In two halvings from now, less than 1% of bitcoins will be left to be mined. Bitcoin is exponential; it’s going to become extremely scarce.

To me that saying is not about the amount in circulation or the price. It’s more an understanding of how little people understand it and how much farther it has to go to be integrated in society. They call it the internet of money, but most aren’t logged in.

My focus is on stacking as many sats as possible, and there’s a limit to that because it’s already impossible to stack dozens, for example. The time when a pleb could accumulate dozens, hundreds, or even thousands is long gone. Maybe there’s still time to get a single unit.
Scarcity does not guarantee worth.
