Zaps are listed on posts (once I fix the bug that hides them for other people atm)
They are sorted by zap amount and can include a comment. So users clicking on that post's zap list would see the advertisement at the very top.
I love how even though there are bugs preventing zaps from being fully visible, everyone is already throwing them left and right. We might break Bitcoin when it’s ironed out like you say.

Good question. Via clients with popular feeds maybe. But nostr is not like trad web and user have much more control over what they view.

Advertisers can send sats to their followers based on the number of ads they distribute, and people can choose whether or not to become a follower of an advertiser according to their needs.
