Thanks. I’ve eyed their laptops for a while, and Pop!OS is impressive; ran it on an old Dell a while back.
I’ve heard not great things about battery life from nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx and others.

Yeah, the battery life and fan curves probably my biggest gripes, but thats why I would recommend their portable models with integrated graphics.
My Gazelle frequently sounds like a wind tunnel especially when plugged in, so looking back I probably should have went with their more portable models and saved some money on a desktop for more compute power.
The last 3 years I've done some distro hopping trying to get away from Windows on my home computer.
I tried Pop_OS!, Kubuntu, EndeavourOS, Debian, and MX Linux all with KDE desktop.
I think MX Linux is definitely a sweat spot of stability, usability, and great new hardware compatibility. It's as fast as an Arch based, as stable as a Debian based, and compatible as a Ubuntu. NOTE: Couldn't use Ventoy to install.
Phone wise, Apple makes a rock solid product.
I’m unfamiliar with MX Linux. Thanks. Any particular hardware it’s strong with?
