Years ago before I was carnivore and before I understood nutrition I dated a vegetarian and one time she told me she put her lab on a vegetarian diet and he got all fkd up. She had major depression and anxiety herself and ended up microdosing various psychedelics daily to “feel better”. I broke it off w her shortly after that started but I wish I could’ve helped her see the light.
