Claiming zero errors and hallucinations for LLMs is the equivalent of claiming 100% uptime for services

Just marketing.

In the real world, downtime happens & LLMs hallucinate. Serious vendors have SLOs and pay penalties to customers when breaching it (for eg downtime or errors)
