PMs (and POs and BAs) and AT are the "project glue", that holds a larger team together. Without those roles being held (even if it's just one of the devs holding them, or some automated system), it's simply not possible to maintain teams large enough to specialize and work asynchronously and in parallel and without everyone needing to work full-time.

Most Nostr projects don't have more than one team member, so they require no formal planning and coordination, so they have no project structure to onboard and integrate additional members, so they are doomed to staying Lone Wolf efforts. But Lone Wolf is precisely the scope that AI does better and faster than most humans devs.
