You have other wallets that can be linked to your Nostr but yes WoS is what you link to Nostr

Fees for lightning are almost non-existent on WoS from what I have seen.

yeah but to buy Bitcoin with it. 5% and to transfer from any Wallet to WoS charges 5%. Rape!
