It would be a good use of time if non citizens could actually vote. How many working class people have an actual social security card, or original birth certificates? If you don’t, good luck getting one, it’s a pain in the ass and has cost attached to it. So good luck getting new voters that live in mobile homes to register. This only helps the college educated Democrats.
