No matter what progress i make with my level of conscious-awareness it makes 0 difference to my external life. I don't understand. I really don't understand. It's been 12 years. How can so much inner gain equate to so little to show for it? What kind of life is this? And the pain. Always pain. When does it end?
It's like every good principle i learnt since i was a teen is wrong:
