Close your eyes and clear your mind of everything.

Don't worry, your mind is designed to wonder, this is what we want.

Snip off and emotional connection you have to your thoughts, let them die.

Bring your mind back to nothing.

This process is like lifting weights for emotional discipline.

Over time, you will gain control of your emotions and will be able to choose how you feel about events
