Thank you! What are relays and what are they for?
Relays are what connect you to other users and their posts/content, and vice versa. When you post something from your app it goes to all the relays in your list. Any other users who are also connected to those relays can see them, and you will be able to see the stuff they post.

One more question: Is the blue “thumbs up” icon a “like” or an invitation to phone someone? Cause it sorta looks like the latter…
Are you using Damus, I assume? The 🤙 is just a like button. Nobody will be calling you if you press it. How awkward would that get? 😅 🤣
Oh interesting. So the more relays the better. This is good to know.
Only to an extent. More relays also equals more mobile data usage, so don’t overdo it 😅

Same 🔥😂 I’ve found that somewhere between 10-15 seems to be ideal but try different ones. You’ll especially see the difference in your universe/global tab, depending which relays are enabled. Just remember that your profile data and follow lists are also stored on the relays you’re connected to so if you remove your existing relays you might lose profile data until you add it back or add those relays back.
