I never understood the internal fights like this one.

When someone offers something you do not like, it is not an insult. Why not just "no thanks?".

I actually like it. If they keep the offer long enough, who knows... But I need to visit El Salvador first.

Besides, I am sure this million is not the only way to move to El Salvador.
