If I had some BCH that I wanted to swap for BTC, and I didn't want to use a centralized exchange, any suggesions?

It looks like robosats won't let me choose to buy X BCH worth of BTC.

Even if it did, I don't understand what guarantees that I have that I will get my BTC of I send the seller money (BCH, fiat, or whatever). It seems like the only thing disuading sellers from running away with the money is that it'll affect their reputation. That seems like a poor incentive for anything over a couple hundred bucks.

Robosats uses an escrow https://learn.robosats.com/docs/escrow/ the other side has to do the payment in advance into the escrow. If they refuse to click the "I got the fiat/BCH/amazon gift card" button the SATs will be stuck in the escrow. You can then tell robosats that there is a dispute and show them the chat and proof that the other guy was dishonest. They will then unlock the escrow and send the sats to you.

Thanks for the explsnation. This makes me much more comfortable in using them for things in the future.
