12 AM and 12 PM should be swapped on our clocks.
It makes no sense for 12 AM to come before 1 AM.

I'd have to ask my fellow Americans. The rest of the world seems to have figured this out.
The UK does it too, but yeah 12AM when is that? Nobody really knows
