Sleeping giant not only for the BTC resource also for other resources. US and west lost a lot of his influence there as their war and financial repression polithics on countries is now seen clearly by those.

Solid AML/KYC needed for on ramp AND it should not be based in Africa itself as there is a HUGE risk of info leaks leading to abductions etc.
