I watched it yesterday also and sure, it paints a picture of how open source protocol works and brings hope that we are becoming aware of the ethical aspects. But if you want to call it a documentary make sure you deliver an objective message. Social media is not broken. Social media is in a divergence point. We are not fixing we are creating something new because what drives us is a new set of values. Communication seen as a force to build up communities, not alienate individuals and transform them in desiring machines so easily controlable by the "powers" that be. Having hope in a better future means creating a new timeline instead of reliving old ones. Twitter brought us to this point. The blue bird flew over the cuckoo's nest:).
