Sure, but you only need to hide your identity once to get the image onto the chain that could be there forever. Available to any other pervert who wants to see it, who always have plausible deniability, because they can claim they were checking a transaction.

It's a huge hole that BlockChain communities are going to need to plug, if they don't want to be constantly reacting to it after the fact.

True, but organising such votes appears to be a huge logistical effort. Worse, every time it's happened, it's damaged confidence in both the techn and the governance around it.

Loss of confidence is bad for any decentralised network tech. It's also bad for any financial institution. It's particularly bad for projects that are both.
