Defcon 1: Ignore

Defcon 2: Ridicule

Defcon 3: Attack

Defcon 4: Accept

Defcon 5: Adopt

ETFs moved us from Defcon 3 to Defcon 4 for Bitcoin the asset, we are still at Defcon 3 for Bitcoin the currency.
