I mean yeah, it's not me. It's weird and cringe to impersonate people lol.
I'm laughing because at best your nostr client receives and acts on reports, but there is nothing that can actually be done. Just block (again, typically client-side only) and make your followers aware. Maybe NIP-05 with a custom domain would help.
