Would be interesting to allow people to have private relays that aren’t published to any relay. Like a set of relays locally in your client that you connect to but never broadcast. That way you don’t need to expose which relays you are connected to.
They can block, and worse. They have the power to make ddos attacks to shutdown all the relay’s. Not that I think they’ll do it.
