Countries would not be poor if it wasn't for the petroleum dollar and their draconian united States government. Cuba wouldn't be poor Haiti Venezuela brasil turkey India Argentina the list goes on and on

Cuba and Venezuela are poor because they're communist countries. Had nothing to do with the US dollar.

If a country doesn't accept being enslaved by the dollar usa invades and kills and while their leader is alive they tell the whole world not to do business with them
