A dehydrator is a must have.
If you don’t do a lot of dehydration stuff then this one is great.
If you want to do a ton of stuff all the time then get an Excalibur.

I was thinking of trying to smoke some chillis first before dehydrating them.
I've been drying my basil - it's been going nuts. Thai basil - not so much 🤷
