1 tablespoon honey

Cinnamon

Dash of vanilla extract

120 calories

16g protein

Tastes like dessert, low cal, high protein, high satiety, and without the added sugar and other garbage they put in what passes for yogurt in the supermarket isle. And it's fast and easy to make.

Can you give an example of plain Greek yogurt to buy

Sure, the two brands that default to are Oikos and Chobani. It's all pretty much the same though, I can't tell a difference between the two.
