I don't eat breakfast at breakfast since I intermittent fast by skipping a meal in the morning. But I love most breakfast foods.

In Spain we are known for neglecting breakfast, but I am trying to switch to mire balances meals during the day. I used to be coffee and on the go, and then reach lunch starving

I would highly recommend that if you do eat breakfast, concentrating on mostly protein and healthy fats would be overall better for your health and for preventing you from getting hungry until lunch. (But I do love some good, slow cooked oatmeal, with butter, maple syrup or brown sugar, and berries if they are available.)
