I'm so tired of companies spying on me and targeting me with ads for things I talk about, that Ive started spending money with the main competitor of whatever company ad I see.

If you use google & android check online how to protect your privacy in the google settings. That limits some services and i have less ads now. Check if you have alexa or google speakers and tv too
Switch to iOS. It’s not perfect, but it’s certainly better than anything Android can offer.
At least without having to be tech savvy, forced to use one specific brand and learning how to flash custom software. Not to mention, losing all proprietary features. Oh, and did I mention the lovely message you see every time you boot up? 😂
