I’ve been having this issue for the last week or two as well. I use Damus on mobile and alternate between Snort/Iris on desktop. I’ve tried unfollowing accounts on all 3, but they keep getting refollowed.
Good to know. I have an unsupported hunch that something is getting mucked up between snort and Damus.

Something is messed up, snort and hamstr show notes as responses to threads even if they were created fresh, then the linkages get thrown off. If you have a noteid from Damus, I find hamstr to be more consistent then snort on showing it.
