I had a friend recently join Nostr and they learned real quick to use the global feed with caution... Decentralized and permissionless social media comes at a price.

Many mutes done, weird things seen… but I don’t mind, having been a Bitcoin user over a decade, you get used to managing such things yourself.
Self-curation is better than letting Blackbox social media algorithms control what you do and do not see. #nostr #grownostr
