Ahh wow somehow earlier I missed that that was a piece of chicken on top. Apparently I've gone blind. Clear as day now...
I just saw it like a bowl of dip or something.
Prosciutto dip does sound good though.
We like to get the clearance ends and pieces of prosciutto and sautéed it up with sundried tomatoes, onions, and throw it into omelettes with cheddar, or just scramble it all together. They all but give those away. Also good stuff to just dice up and throw in a Ninja to use almost like a cross between a salt and grated cheese.
