Well it depends.. some people follow to a limited number of people so then their feed can quickly cover 24 hours scrolling down a bit

It may be different depending on client. My understanding and testing with my own clients shows that you can call a different ‘since’ time in NIP-01 when subscribing to events of a certain kind.
