Waiting on another batch of beef from my local farmer so in the meantime I’m experimenting with mixtures of various Force of Nature ground meats + a lean 100% grass fed GB.

So far it’s been fun! I love elk and bison. Hopefully down the line when I get my wealth and income up more I can have regenerative bison more often

costco business center locations have a 100% grassfed NZ import selection. haven’t seen it in the regular wholesale centers though
