3 Generally at night maybe 45 mins before sleep. I don’t drink or smoke so assume that’s decent..

So basically it would be optimal being off everything and letting the body head itself?

Yes, that would be the safest path. While also focusing on taking care of yourself in other ways. Sounds like you’re already doing great in that area, with not drinking or smoking.

I train 6 days per week.. typing from the gym.. I get here 30 mins earlier to note and check what’s cutting 🤙🏻
