1.You're correct about Operation Barbarossa. It was the Nazi invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941 and didn't directly target Ukraine. While #Ukraine did witness complex events during this time, the main conflict was between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union.

2. We are fighting and dying here because it’s our choice to #defend OUR LAND.

3. Thank you for your request and expressed thoughts. Regarding the history of Ukraine's struggle against russia, indeed, this conflict has deep historical roots. Here are some facts from Ukraine's centuries-long #history of resistance to russian influence:

•From the 17th to the 18th Century : The Cossack Hetmanate of Ukraine repeatedly fought against Muscovy (russia) and Poland in pursuit of independence.

•19th Century: After the partition of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in 1795, a portion of Ukrainian lands came under russian rule. Ukrainians continued to fight for their rights and cultural identity.

•Mid-20th Century: Ukraine became a battleground during World War II when Nazi Germany invaded the Soviet Union, and Soviet and Ukrainian forces fought together against the Nazis.

•After World War II : Following the war, Ukraine remained part of the Soviet Union, but the national movement for independence led to various conflicts and confrontations with Moscow.

•Dissolution of the Soviet Union : In 1991, Ukraine declared independence from russia following the dissolution of the Soviet Union. However, relations between Ukraine and russia remained tense, notably due to the conflict in #Crimea and eastern Ukraine.

•Conflict in Eastern Ukraine (since 2014): Following the annexation of Crimea by Russia, a war began in eastern Ukraine, which continues to this day. This conflict has resulted in a significant loss of life and has complex political dynamics.

•24.02.2022 - now .. the full size fucking #war .

Thus, the history of Ukraine's struggle for independence and resistance to Russian influence is long and complex, with many chapters and events shaping the current state of affairs.

Thanks. Really thank you. It is the first time that someone from ukraine answers my questions. I wish you all the best. I also tried to zap you but i get an error (i am new to nostr etc) i don't know why.

It happens that i had read the history of the place before the russian invasion and i think that what had happened with the whites and the blacks of nestir machno and also with the holodomor are more important for shape of the current events. But i don't really know, i am just a greek guy (that hates NATO and eu). Greetings...

Like for me : I don’t understand what all that men are doing with their “power”.

Feel free to ask I’ll answer if alive )

We, men, always have problem to use power properly. But Ursula von der leien , Victoria nuland , christya freeland (both of these two have ukranian nazi collaborators ancestors) etc, are women. And by saying Nazis, i will take the opportunity to ask you if i am not tiring you, since you told me to ask freely. Are Azov units Nazis? (also units like aidar, kraken etc). If not , why do they use those nazi symbols? And also, do you believe that Ukraine was an independent and sovereign state since 2014 or had lost its sovereignty and independence since the coup and was a puppet state of the west as many people say? (including me).

And also, any idea why i can't zap? What am i doing wrong?
