What negative fiat mentality qualities do you feel you need to work on unlearning?

Consumerism mostly. I buy things I don't need as if they won't ever run out.
I’m pretty frugal, except when it comes to food spending. I have to be mindful not to indulge every craving.
I have to stop eating out so much. Kills my bank account. But it tastes so gooood.
I get cravings like a pregnant woman. It’s been a joke since I was in middle school that my family will know I’m pregnant when I start eating like a normal person. Unfortunately I’ve been craving sushi lately. I try to only eat out when I’m socializing. Otherwise I’d probably have ordered sushi every day until I got sick of it.
But also measuring happiness by the amount if money I have. I think I learned that from my parents. Money was everything to them.
I think my parents would like me to value money just a touch more than I do. They’re glad I’m not materialistic but also like would it hurt you to buy a house?
