Haha!🎶 I did The Voice when I was 13 and 14! My story is a little different today with #V4V but back then it was mostly reality show tactics. Unless you had a television worthy sob story they didn’t really care if you had talent or not. I made it through a few rounds of both The Voice and American Idol a few years in a row. There’s actually a disclaimer that’s says your story that you tell them can be “true or untrue”, but you can’t hold them liable if your untrue story gets found out lol. Reality tv is the Wild West for sure.
