You can't "hack" a nostr key the same way you can't "hack" a Bitcoin key. His argument is fundamentally flawed. He's showing his ignorance.

Yeah, I’ve talked to him a couple times about nostr at the Houston Bitcoin meet up and he really isn’t interested in it. I get it, too. Most people weren’t really interested in Bitcoin early on, and being here now is a testament to how early we are.

That being said, I’ve always thought the best way to deal with someone finding out and abusing your nsec (as an influential person) is just to post your nsec on the “hacked” npub, then post a new video on a new npub saying the new npub outloud. Easy and simple fix. You messed up and showed your nsec, now you have to start over. No biggie
