Current one... Learning and practicing better diet habits along with movement everyday to hopefully adding years to my life, but more importantly quality of life to my life. Most people don't look in the long-term in my personal opinion

True I believe “diets” and work out plans should be 1000 days and not 30 or 60. I have been trying to prioritize stretching I see so many 60 years that can hardly move.
Good sir proof of dad I'm a third generation truck driver. I see so many 30 somethings that can hardly move the standard American diet mixed with a sedentary lifestyle. So many lives getting cut short
