FBI realizes Luke has no principles and willing to doxx people.

FBI recruits Luke to fragment the bitcoin development environment with hopes of poisoning discourse to such an extent that ossification becomes basically guaranteed.

Luke realizes that a literally negligible change in core to increase efficiency could be spun to cause argumentation so that improvements like CTV become more and more ignored, and the main devs less and less trusted.

Starts Ocean, claims without filters, bitcoin is dead, gets mechanic on payroll, and just convinces the ignorant. Luke already has knots so he uses that as a tool to convince the technical illiterate to hate core with emotion and feelings.

Without improvements like CTV, bitcoin's destiny as a programmable money with real global use-case is reduced. The State wins.
