JnJ talc lawsuit for vaginal use? You people have not even ventured into the surgical realm where thoracic surgeons throw the stuff onto surgical sites to prevent air leaks.
Discussion
Can the lawyers tell if any post surgical sequelae was caused by tobacco smoking (originally popularized by the usa, from native american stuffs) (and/or whatever else hazardous environmental factors, by geographical location) or the application of talc? Did the surgeon make a note of talc use in the medical record, or do you just have to know surgeon style by individual and/or institution?
Is this, like, an autism and/or other mental health issue analogy question?
