I went with https://pcpartpicker.com/product/jw4gXL/fractal-design-case-fdcadefminibl back in 2016 and I've never once heard my PC fans or any sort of noise from it. Undoubtably they have modern versions of various sizes but these are solid cases. I don't have much interest in seeing components so no glass case for me.
