Thanks, I realized my date was wrong after posting it. We started in 2017, officially formed in 2018 after we got state wide press about what we were doing. Our first donation was to a homeless shelter for men, women, and children in Atlanta, Ga. He contacted the shelters himself to arrange the donation delivery. He received a really negative email about what he was doing during one of his contacts. The email was meant to be and to another person in the organization, but they accidentally sent it to him. He took it a sign and moved on to another organization.

He also found a sock company In Scotland named Holy Socks and reached out to them for a donation of socks and they send us socks annually now. First time we received them, I get the package at my office with all these stamps on it from going through customs and had no idea what it was.

Through his current church, he met a graphic artist that works with Christian rappers and other Christian musicians and he wanted to work with us to rebrand everything. This has given my son some new excitement and he setup a Shopify store to presell tshirts and stickers. He also has handled all the business related to finding a t-shirt production source. He’s learning a lot about running a business through this process.

That’s fantastic. Good for him in connecting with an artist who connects with other artists - always a good connection to learn from.

Building a business brain at that age is HUGE. Will do him well as he gets older and creates more and more opportunity for himself to help others!
