Spiritual health: practically nonexistant; everyone is so suffocated by inflation, they don't have a single second to spare out of their week running between multiple jobs, doing chores, trying to maintain a semblance of social life/dating, going to therapy to cope with it all, etc...
Looping back...all of these metrics going to shit HELPS the Big Pharma machine, since every chronically-sick person becomes a new pharmaceutical customer (sometimes for life, if they're able to break their spirit so deeply that they decide to take a life-altering surgery requiring constant drugs til the day they die).
