7. The government will use this data to "fight crime" by persecuting anyone daring to express an opinion deviating from the official line.

In the scenario you describe, where every action on the internet is monitored and VPNs are outlawed, accessing bitcoin or nostr probably constitute significant crimes which would be detected by the AI systems you describe almost immediately and linked to your digital ID. Next thing you know, your front door explodes and armed men shoot your dog. Also your bitcoin would naturally be confiscated, using various threats of violence against you and your family.
