I need to examine why it might not publish for you. The form looks fine. Do you get a prompt from your signing extension or an alert box? If you blocked alert boxes then it wont work because I currently use them to unlock a local signing key if you aren't using an extension

No, it didnt start the singning extension or the alert box, and everything on browser (like blocks and shields are down) Is there any problem to use a Brave browser? i will try a different one
I already remove the user and reset the form... the fields stay recorded
