Nope. They host your media files. They include a media player. When you upload a video, they'll do the same as YouTube and create different resolutions it can serve up to viewers based on the viewers bandwidth.

Basically, it's YouTube technology, but your domain, and you pay rather than advertising.

Hmm...I paid for the plan and have images there, but there doesn't seem to be a way to use my own domain with them and when I paste the URL of the image to Nostrudel, the post preview (before I post) just shows the link, but when Ive done images from elsewhere, the preview shows the image...🤔😬

Scratch that, I figured out how to use my own domain. However, the image still doesn't show up in Nostr....

If the image is a purple ostriche, I can see it in Amethyst. 👍.
